Maintenance Emergency

If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency, please read the following procedure for your property

 

Determine if your need is an emergency. If you are in doubt about this, call
maintenance. They will be able to tell you whether or not it needs to be taken
care of immediately, or if it can wait until the next business day. Examples of both
emergency and non-emergency situations are listed below.

You will need to leave a
message which will be forwarded to the person on call that evening.
When calling maintenance,
be sure to include your name, complex, apartment
number and phone number
. Maintenance will call you back as soon as they
possibly can.
