TMG Management

TMG Management is a multi-family management company based in Des Moines, Iowa.  The company was founded in 2004 by Mike Nixon and Gregg Gustafson, who offer over 60 years of combined real estate experience.  At the time of inception, TMG Management consisted of 4 employees and managed 480 apartment units.  Over the last decade, the company has experienced substantial growth.  TMG Management now consists 15 employees, and manages over 800 apartment and townhome units.
